Christmas Pictures

Abigail sure had a great time this year at Christmas.   She loved all her gifts and loved helping everyone open their gifts.

Abigail got so many great gifts. ...she has been busy with them all since the holiday.   Not sure where we will put them all in our house....but that is a minor issue.

Below are some pictures from our celebration in Wonewoc and our Christmas. ...I didn't take any in Mishicot. ...sorry!!

Watch Out....These three girls are going to do some major shopping in the Dells in the future!

Sorry for the delay....

I will apologize right from the start...we have been super busy with the holidays, basketball, and life.  So here is my attempt to catch everyone back up in our lives and include lots of pictures of Abigail.

Basketball is in full swing now.  We went to a home game this week.  Abigail was very excited to see dad and was even willing to run across the court during the game to get to him....don't worry I did not let her.  She LOVED to climb up and down the bleachers a million times and run around in the commons area.  We didn't get to see much of the game, but it was a fun place to spend a few hours and end up with one tired little girl!  We are looking forward to coming to the next game....GO WARRIORS!!!

Winter is upon us...I think we have gotten snow 3-5 days each week.  Not much but enough to shovel and make the roads a mess.  Since it has been really cold most days, we have not ventured out much.  I am hoping it warms up a little soon so that we can get out and play in the snow.  I know Koda will love that!!

Speaking of Koda - we have had a ROUGH month with him.  We noticed a lump on the back of one of his front legs that got tore open and was bleeding all over.  Took him to the vet and they wanted to remove it - which we 100% agree with.  Well, since the surgery, we have been dealing with one thing after another.  He is kind of down and depressed since he is not allowed to run or jump, he needs to have it wrapped and covered every day all day, he needs to take medicine twice a day, and just recently we found out it ripped open and got infected.  So, needless to say, I have not only been a mom and wife, but a vet!!  I feel so bad for him and I am just hoping that we get good news on Monday when we go back for a recheck!  The lump was a benign mass which is great news.....now we just need our old, wild, maniac of a dog back.

A few weeks ago - Abigail had her first Christmas program at school.  It was super cute to see all the kids singing and dancing to the music.  The teachers deserve all the credit for this - it was super adorable.  Abigail was a little stunned by all the people watching her, but she did good.  Can't wait to see the program again next year when she is older!

Last Sunday we made our way to Wonewoc to celebrate Christmas with Matt's family.  Abigail LOVED her gifts and was fun to see her get excited over the new toys.  Some of the pictures are of her with her new toys.  Tomorrow we are heading to Mishicot to celebrate with my family - so that will be fun!!

Well, I think that is about it.  Below are pictures of our little nut.

If I don't post again before Christmas - I just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!  Safe Travels and enjoy your time with family and friends!

The SNOW is here!

Well, looks like winter is here....snow on
the ground and some very frigid temperatures.   Abigail does not like having mittens on so, it might be a constant battle every time we want to go outside.

Abigail seems intrigued by the snow and Koda is loving it.  The weather sure has slowed down the walks, but we play lots in the basement.

Abigail has really been enjoying books, she loves looking at them and pointing out all the dogs in them!

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Below are some pictures of Abigail....enjoy!

First Day of the 2013-2014 Basketball Season

I wanted to do this last year, but got busy and forgot.  Since today is the first day of the new basketball season, I wanted to document what Abigail does today and then on the last day of the season, I will put another post out there to document how much she has changed and learned.  Should be fun...also kind of sad for Matt since he will be so busy during this time and missing all the fun with our little nut.

I am looking forward to taking Abigail to the games....sure will be a change from last year when she fell asleep in my arms!!  Not sure if I will spend more time watching the games or running after Abigail!!!  Either way it will be a fun adventure for her and I....and a good way to see dad on nights that he won't get home until after bedtime!

So, Abigail is talking and running all over the place.  We have had a rough few weeks with her battling a sinus infection and a stomach bug.  Crossing my fingers but she seems to be doing better!

This past weekend we went to Minneapolis to see the Brad Paisley concert.  My dad stayed in the hotel while my mom, Matt and I went to the show.  Abigail had a blast with grandpa and the three of us had an amazing time at the outstanding show.
Here is a quick summary of what Abigail is into and doing right now:
-Loves to sit in her chair, bounce her legs, and read a book
-Loves her dog Koda and stuffed dogs
-Likes to hide things under a small blanket, find them, giggle and do it over again and again
-LOVES to play hide and seek all over the house
-LOVES to carry around a clip board and a pen while watching college basketball on TV.  She sometimes stops in front of the TV, taps the pen on the clip board and yells at the TV.
-Understands when we tell her to put Koda in his kennel, time for dinner, time to go outside, time to change diaper....she will go to the specific room and wait.
-Loves to pick up our shoes that we leave in the living room and bring them to us.

Well, here are some recent pictures...sure will be fun to see how much she has grown between now and March!

Running away from me...like always

Super cute!

Hey Dad...Are you in there?

Funny face...cute pigtails!

Enjoying some DAD TIME

These 2 will sure miss dad!

Update and Pictures

Ok, I am sorry about not posting recently, but we have been busy living life and enjoying our crazy nut.  Abigail is learning so much so fast now.  She knows her belly and toes and we are introducing her to more each day.  She is talking more each day...she says hi, bye, done, this, yes, eyes, and some others.  She tries to mimic everything we do, so that is just hilarious sometimes.  Abby loves to bring things to others and even understands when we ask her to bring specific items.  She loves music and the Ellen show....she claps lots during it amd dances when Ellen does!!

Swimming is over for now but we will sign up for another class this winter.

Well here are a ton of pictures from the past weeks.
