The Crazy Springers are 5!!

Hard to believe that Koda is 5 years old already!   He was our "first child" and will always hold a special place in our hearts.  We love him and all his crazy antics.  Our home would be so quiet without him....and probably a lot cleaner - oh well!

Sharing a birthday with Koda is Korky (Koda's sister/Tom's dog).  She is such a sweetheart and maniac in one furry package.

Happy Birthday Matt/Dad!!

Today is Matt's Birthday - he probably won't read this but I still wanted to post something since this kind of our memory book.

Matt turns 30 today and both Abigail and I wish him the happiest birthday possible.  He is a great husband and father and we are lucky to have him in our lives. 

Happy 1st Birthday Ian!

Abigail just wanted to wish Ian the happiest first birthday!!! 

Can't wait to see what kind of trouble these two will get into....Kelly, we better watch out!!

6 Month Checkup

Quick post/update: I took Abigail to her 6 month well visit with her doctor.  All is great, the doctor is very happy with how she is growing and developing.  Only 2 shots today so that wasn't too bad. 

Below are her stats:
     17 lbs 6 oz (76.97 percentile)
     26 inches (59.46 percentile)

Overall - she is a healthy and happy little girl. 

6 Months Old

Abigail is now 6 months old - crazy!  She is such a fun kid right now - she is rather hyper and wild, but I love it!  She LOVES to play with toys and Koda.  She laughs and giggles a lot and smiles even more.  Crazy how much she has changed in 6 months - I love her more and more each day!

The weekend was another good one - my parents came up, went to Ian's 1st Birthday party and had Abigail's 6 month pictures taken.  Abby did great at her pictures and it was very hard to choose which ones to order.  Ian was so darn cute at his party and of course, I taught him how to smash cake.  Yes, payback will be coming from Aunt Kelly in August when she teaches Abby how to smash cake - but it is all in good fun.  It is crazy to think that Ian is 1 and in 6 months I will be hosting a party for my little girl!  Time sure flies, but it is an awesome ride!

We made it through another week....

I am starting to think that working moms and dads should get a medal or something for each week they survive!   I never understood it before, but man, it sure is a lot to handle between work, house, dog, child, and life in general.  My house is not up to my standards anymore - but I am ok with that.  I would rather spend the extra time with Abigail, Matt and Koda.  Someday my house will be back to what it was before.....at least that is what I am hoping for!

Abigail is still loving daycare/school.  She seems to love all the girls there and they seem to love her back.  Sure makes us feel good about sending her there.  She made her first art project.....I will post pictures soon (if I remember).  It is a crown with her footprints on it - very cute!

Yep, you guessed it....pigtails on my baby girl!  So cute!  I took her to a basketball game last night with them in and she got a ton of compliments!  Too bad I wasn't the one who did her hair - just another reason why we like our daycare!
